Our co-founder and chief interpreter, Ms. Amy Zhao, is a Certified Translator and Interpreter with over a decade of experience. She not only has a Master degree in Translation and Interpreting, focusing on simultaneous interpreting, but also an in-depth knowledge of business sector giving her the ability to swiftly and effectively interpret not only the words, but the intentions of her clients in even the most high stakes negotiations. Prior to this, Amy was client relationship manager of cross border investment services at the Head Office of China Construction Bank, one of China's top-four SOE commercial banks. Having worked in numerous cross-cultural settings, Amy saw exactly how much value accurate understanding and communication across languages and cultures brings to all business relationships. Misunderstandings about culture and language can cause difficulties in business relationships and negotiations.
